While I had let him know this, I had no idea he'd send out someone who was so well prepared to deal with problems that might come up. I initially called Peter Needham to do some electrical
work, but in surveying the house he discovered that there were some problems with our heating system which had been neglected for over 10 years by the previous owner of the building. Peter spent a couple of hours educating me about what could be done before I even signed on
to have them do the job. Promptly scheduled and priced in advance the job, which took ~7 hours, was professionally done and restored the units (two boilers) to near factory condition... We will use Peter Needham from now on!!!
